Super cool

Great building, however I lived in unit 1600 in the 950 tower and the noise from Komodo would keep me up every night until 12pm when the music stopped.

Beautiful, spacious apartment, friendly staff, and excellent amenities and common areas. The gym is very nice. The pool is great for families with small children. The only negative is the pool should have at least one lane for lap swimming. As it is, the pool is almost zero-entry and does not allow for flip turns.

Lived here for seven years. I’ve outlived a majority of the employees. They have work here yet. There’s one specific one at the management office of the 950 Brickell bay towers, the taller towers that has been a repeatedly problematic person who often uses cuss words, attitude, and rude body language is impossible to work with Unfortunately, all contractors in our repair people have to go through her, which makes it impossible to get the most basic of repairs done if you plan on living here you can’t not in peace until she is removed this is the third review that I had to make on this person over seven years This is not only not professional, but it is not safe, is a liability to the units of the apartment. She herself her being employer is bringing down the valuation of the entire building. “STFU”

Its location has a lot to enjoy, walks, shops, landscapes and good treatment

Very bad service at the front desk by the attendant as well as the security. Denied access to lobby restroom even though I told them that I was waiting for someone to come downstairs. I guess they don’t understand basic human needs. Now I have to pee in a bottle in my car. Thank you for your consideration and kindness.
