Nice apartments for low income and rent. What I see wrong is that they charge low income people for water

Please fix the roach infestation in the apartments, and then I'll give a higher rating. This is unacceptable.

I am writing this review to express my utmost satisfaction with the service provided by Property Manager Milenys Padron. Her professionalism greatly exceeded my expectation From the moment I first interacted with Milenys, I was impressed by her knowledge .She answer my questions, and provided guidance.
Her ability to build strong relationships with tenants is a testament to her interpersonal skills and empathetic nature.
In addition, the building is beautiful! I can tell is well maintained and always cleaned.
I would highly recommend this building!
