Legacy at 15th

Property Manager Elizabeth is a true professional.  I submitted a request and she completed this request not only in a very timely manner, but took the extra steps to ensure my unit was left clean. Five stars to Service Tech Mario.  I was ready to have to clean up once I made it home because of the nature of the service request.  Mario left my unit so clean it was as if he hadn’t done any work.  THANK YOU MARIO and ELIZABETH!!

I make this comment because of the lack of communication in the office, it turns out that there is never anyone in the office who can help you and that is not good, you call on the phone and even if the person is there, they do not answer you, the alarms 🚨 are activated every now and then for no reason, the water that according to them is free is very scarce for example (when you take a bath you can't wash the dishes), also as I say the bad I also say the good, the building is always very clean The maintenance people are always on call, they are very good people.

This tow company and Legacy at 15th apartment building work together to scam tenants and their visitors. Legacy at 15th apartment building parking portal is inaccurate and use this glitch to take advantage of visitors by towing their car. The tow clerk was super rude saying I didn’t register my car when I received a text notification that my car is registered . He had me spell out my tag and states it wasn’t registered and refused to bring my car back. I’m highly upset and I’m moving out of this apartment building. This tow company is a scam and is taking advantage of Miami Dade residents. TOW COMPANIES NEED TO BE REGULATED. I’m filling a complaint with BBB and Miami dade county.

The building is fine enough, if you work in the local hospitals. There will be excess noise past 10pm alot of nights, management will only send an email reminding tenants about noise but not take action against units that continuously make noise.
The largest issue would be roaches. Walking from the garage to the elevator the pathway will usually have dead or dying roaches on it.
Management tends to not take complaints seriously and usually will be hostile if you walk in to talk to them.

The building is nice and clean, many nice amenities gym, pool, business center, and it sounds like they have many fun activity for all residents. Property manager Terry is professional and welcoming and has good customer service.

I have to say I call this place more than home especially after having a new property manager like Terry it's truly a blessing compared to the previous property manager Dulce who was really bad and I am glad she's gone. I hope Terry our new property manager stays with us for a long time.

This place has a beautiful view and great amenities. It has a covered, gated garage. It was very well engineered. Better than I expected. My wife and I and our pet dog are very happy moving here. It is a privilege to be able to. Thank you Terry! You made this experience amazing.

I have lived here for 3 years now, when Terry started working here it all changed completely, he is always super nice, solves any issue that can be happening at the moment.

As a Senior Property Manager, Terry has been incredibly helpful with every question I had about my application. Every single time I called, he answered the phone politely and addressed all my concerns with patience and professionalism.
