Very good staff. Excellent service!!!

Super terrible service from the leasing office, apart from the fact that the condominium is always dirty and not to mention the laundry, it doesn't make you want to wash, it's horrible.

I use to live here when I was younger this was the best apartment ever I had the best memories here

Coming from a long time tenant , please beware the new management  is now charging  to change the light bulbs and filters. which was always included and we have to pay for labor now  .. The worst management team.

I'm a possible new tenant and Mara has been very helpful and friendly with the process, also everything looked good and neat.

Overall my experience at Walden Pond. The office staff delivers outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this community to others.

The staff at Walden pond has been nothing short of amazing . I’ve been in the market for an affordable apartment for months and have failed epically . From the time I called the property the receptionist set me up with an appointment to come fill out an application . Lindy and Mara assisted me every step of the way and has made my stay here remarkable and unforgettable. Also the maintenance team is nothing short of amazing , very efficient and fast when it comes to maintenance repairs whether large or small they handle it effortlessly. If your looking for an affordable great community I definitely recommend Walden Pond.

Been here 5 years management has changed 4 times out of those 5 years . New management comes in with there own agenda just changing things as they go trying to fix a system the was not broken making living conditions complicated and a inconvenient .  Also Maintenance is trash Ive had a bathroom with ceiling caving in for about 2.5years now but the first thing management wants to change when they come in is rent fee and parking rules there a joke . Rent Fee had changed 3times in the last 6months and we’ve (the residents) find out with a paper slip in the door .
