New Barn Apartments

The team at the leasing office is great very friendly. The buildings are clean ,laundry is clean. I love this place I would definitely recommend it to all my friends.

Been living here for about 4 months now and it’s honestly been really great. Everyone in the office is very welcoming, from Rafael, Stephanie, Barbara. They made sure everything went smoothly with my move in and still check in on me after.

My wife and I started looking for apartments around the area back in May of this year and we came across this property around June. We were assisted by Raffael Montenotte and honestly we were treated in a very professional and courteous way. Raffaele took the time to show us around the property and showed us a model apartment for a 2/2 unit. He even reached out to other agents in other Graham Properties nearby so that we could schedule a viewing of other apartments. At the end of the day, we decided to rent at New Barn and we couldn't be happier! We have been living in the community since August and we love it so far! The property is very tranquil and safe. The location of the property is a major selling point since it is within walking distance to Main Street. My wife and I will often walk to nearby restaurants for dinner and feel completely safe.
We do not have any pets but this is a great pet-friendly community. We see a lot of tenants walk their pets during the day and suprisingly everyone picks up after their pets. The building is always clean and they power-wash hallways every 2 weeks or so.
Parking can be a bit of an issue, especially at night time, but it seems to be building-specific. When the parking area of my building is full, I simply park in the main parking lot where the leasing office is located. There is always parking available there and it is within a 1 minute walk of our apartment. We have never had to park outside the property or anything like that.
Also, we would like to give a shout-out to Stephanie who assisted Raffaele in drafting our contract and answering our questions. All of our maintenance requests have been fixed by Regino in a timely manner. Regino would always fix stuff within 24 hours of us making the request through the portal!

We moved back in July. We’re told there would be minor construction. They have been running jackhammers from 8-10 am every morning. I work midnights and have not slept in 2 weeks. Last week my car was also broken into. There are no security cameras anywhere in the parking lot so we were told there is nothing  we can do.
Parking is a nightmare. Half the residents double park so there is rarely a spot available and absolutley no one to enforce this.
It is a joke of an establishment and I would stay away at all costs.

Moved here recently, good apartments but if you are a late worker forget about finding parking, have to drive 10+minutes inside the community to find no parking or just cars double parked. Some residents have to park across street in other complex. Insane

The facility has an excellent leasing office. There have quality management and very good attention of everyone at the office. We live here and it is a safe and very clean property.
In addition the maintenance is always on time, reliable and professional

Wonderful attention from the New Barn Apartments office, I have been living here for more than a year and their facilities are always well maintained and clean. All requirements are attended to quickly. I recommend them 100%.
