New Barn Apartments

Don't recommend it, think twice if you are considering to lease in this place. The office staff is very rude, especially Danielle.

The pool part was good they need to make next year 👍👍

Great community, would love more events just like the Christmas one had a great time. More events lower rent everyone will be Happy.

Great apartment complex. This is my first leasing with the complex instead of direct rent from the owner and so far loving it. Background check and everything took only couple days. I am a planning person so planned my move 2 months ahead.
Stephanie was super helpful through the whole paperwork process and  move in.
Maria and Barbara always sooo nice if you stop by at the office for some help or questions. They did holiday gift for each resident as a coupon for pizza and garlic rolls at the restaurant close by and very nice holiday party for the residents.
It’s always quiet and safe at the complex.
Really nice place to live at if you like quiet life.

The staff who work in the office are very friendly and patient, but I would definitely not recommend renting in this place. Unless you want to wait almost a month with all the documents they ask you for. They take too long to process the application, make sure you do it 1 month before you move. For a place as old as this it's not worth the long wait. I applied in another place and the same day I was approved, unfortunately I lost the money from the application in this place

Staff was very helpful and super friendly. Barbara was the light of the office and Danielle is one of the more helpful managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with. The office is very dark and makes you want to take a nap… some of the apartments are very outdated for the prices being asked. Would definitely come back for the smiles, service, coffee and maybe a nap, but would never consider renting there.

We’ve lived here for over a decade.  Before kids, when we first got married and now with our kiddies.  We left for a few years to live in another apartment by grahams but we came back here because we truly missed living here. The staff is always attentive, it’s clean and safe. The kids love the pool.  Danielle and team are the best.
