They not pull my rent payment out of my bank account through the Flex app for some reason. Then I had to jump through hoops and get a money order and make a payment.

I love the location of NRC, it is central to all of Broward, east & west. The staff especially maintenance are terrific. They go out of their way to correct issues.

I love living here. Haven’t had any issues with the complex. Generally kind neighbors and staff. Very happy with my renovated unit. Love the property it is extremely well maintained. Would love to continue living here when my lease ends

Leandro was absolutely amazing through our whole moving experience. We had trouble getting some papers together but he stayed on top of us from the beginning and worked his hardest to get us in. We are so grateful we met him. He is an amazing soul with a fun bubbly personality. This community is amazing and it is quiet. It has the beautiful canal in the back, and the amenities are also very great. I would highly recommend anyone to move here and I would very much recommend you get to work with Leandro because he really is a great person to work with.
