Writing reviews isn’t something I usually do, but I want to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for Jonathan, the manager of our building. During my work hours, a fire alarm unexpectedly went off, creating a stressful situation for my family, my wife and our 4-month-old baby. Jonathan immediately stepped in to help, ensuring they found a safe place. His quick response, care, and professionalism made a huge difference in such a tense moment. We are truly grateful for his dedication and support. Thank you, Jonathan!

Love this place, clean, friendly people and a great vibe

I recently had the pleasure of working with Arianna as my property leasing agent, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment we first connected, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Arianna made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free, guiding me through every step with ease. She truly went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect property, and her attention to detail was exceptional. The property itself is absolutely stunning—modern, spacious, and in a fantastic location. I highly recommend Arianna to anyone looking for top-notch service and beautiful properties. Five stars all the way!

I absolutely love this place! It’s new, beautiful, and always kept very clean. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, which makes it a pleasure to be here. The office staff is also incredibly helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!

10/10 Arianna was the best. Very responsive, after looking at several apartments, I was completely overwhelmed. We found our dream apartment! The approval process was fast even though we had to use guarantors. Super excited to move in December.

The representative at the leasing office was not welcoming or kind. No one bothered to try and market the apartment complex to us, even when I asked to have them show us something. My move in date was flexible, but they just completely shut me out once I gave them an ideal date instead of asking me follow up questions. I've been to other apartment complexes where it seems like there is no availability right now, but they still take the time to answer my questions and provide me a tour of the apartment complex; some of these places ended up giving me a call back because availability popped up. You never know. All I know is that the Reese is NOT the place you should consider when apartment hunting.

If I could rate zero stars for this experience I would. I brought a client in for a 10:30 am tour and NO ONE was there ( after I received multiple confirmation emails from the property confirming our tour was set and they were expecting to see us). My client and I were outside waiting in the heat. No one came. I got a call today FIVE HOURS saying “Hey we seen you had an appointment at 10:30, we ended up coming in at 12 since yesterday was a holiday (4th of July ”) ??? Excuse me.. beyond unprofessional I expected better from a “luxury” complex
