I just moved in and happy with my unit. The leasing agent, Adriana, is always helpful. She gave me all the information I needed to have a smooth move. The building is pet friendly and I have both of my furbabies with me. The gym is great and clean. The pool and rooftop have beautiful views of the Miami river and the baseball stadium. Happy in my new home.

I’ve been living at No 17 for a couple of years now, and I can’t recommend it enough. Adriana, Kelly, Brandon, and the whole staff here are helpful, pleasant, and professional. The move-in process, renewing the contract, any maintainace request were seamless and prompt. They are always responsive to any questions or concerns I have.

The building is very central to everything and always clean but the best part is the staff and management here, Kelly, Adriana and Leo are always extremely helpful and go above and beyond for us.
