No. 17 Residences, Allapattah

Finding a nice place to live in Miami can be really stressful. I am grateful to Kelly and the staff for the tour and showing us No. 17. I love the views and proximity to the airport, beach, and downtown.

If I could give 0 stars I would but it is very bad service the only person who helped me a lot is Mrs. Karla But it is incredible that the day I was given the key to the apartment they told me that they were going to charge me for the top part of the stove, that the top part of the stove was worth four thousand, that is almost what a new stove costs, it is incredible. that for a year of use the stove is delivered impeccably well the stove worked the oven is intact all the other things were intact they are abusers

I can only say that the building is a 10/10. Since we saw it we were completely in love. Karla's attention and way of treating us is really excellent! Very polite and kind. The building is very nice, it is well maintained. Moving here has been a good decision.

I am satisfied and very happy because Mrs. Karka Carlo gave me the tour and the demonstration of all the facilities of the building. She was excellent for the attention and I was pleased with how she treated me. She makes people feel very good and at home. I recommend the facilities are comfortable and beautiful I recommend Mrs. Karla Carlo for her good treatment and professionalism in caring for people.

I remind you of this building, the apartments are very comfortable, they have a beautiful view of the city, the best thing is the attention of Mrs. Karla Carlo who works in the office, she is very professional, and when you use the social areas and parking there are security personnel attentive

I went to see the apartments, the tour was given to me by Karla Carlo, she was very attentive and helpful from the moment I arrived, I was delighted, the attention was great, very professional in her work. This place is very comfortable and quiet to live, I recommend it 100%

All I can say is that I’m so impressed with the Customer service and professionalism in this Complex, specially Karla Carlo she is an Excellent Person who treated me with Respect and more importantly; she made me feel like my Own Home! And I am considering to move in to this Complex later in the future! I really would like to thank Karla Carlo for the Tour she gave me, she should be considered for a higher Position just my opinion and congratulate her for been the Best Employee this Company can have! It's been 3 months since I've moved out of this apartment and they STILL HAVE NOT GIVEN ME BACK MY DEPOSIT. They don't care about you or the money you give them. If you care about keeping your deposit, don't move here. The worst part is after visiting the office for WEEKS, when I recently asked the lady (who works in the back) about my deposit, she responded "That's my bad." In other words, they don't care about you.The only one that is nice enough to care is Carla, but she's front desk and can't do much.
The units are very tiny, the elevator always smells bad, and they lie to you about the amenities you can use.
My advice to anyone looking to move here... look around first, you'll find places with better prices + a bigger space. That's what we did and we couldn't be happier.

Kelly was very helpful and informative during a tour when I visited last week, the building is very clean and unique in its way.
