I recently moved in to 10X Miami River and I love it! Simon the assistant manager is a very attentive and made us feel at home. I highly recommend this community!

Did the tour with Mariana and since day one I loved the whole community. Gym, pool, dog park, river view. She reallly made the process 10x times easier. Def a plus for me. Can’t wait to move in :)

Loved the property and amenities. The area is really great. I being close to the water. Simon from the leasing office is always so helpful. If I could buy my unit, I would.

I just moved to 10x Miami River, I love the building, during the process Mariana was the best, she helps me with everything I need, and she was always patient, kind and very Professional.

I have been living in Miami for approximately 7 years, having resided in Downtown Dadelan, Brickell, and Midtown (Melow Buildings). I want to express my gratitude to 10X Miami River, as they are truly diligent. In these two years, almost three, I have observed how the new administration has managed to address many of the issues that the previous Waterline Miami River administration could not resolve. They have exceptional control over the facilities, their maintenance, and the ability to handle emergencies caused by irresponsible residents. It is a family-friendly, pet-friendly, and very central community. I appreciate Enrique, Abner, and Simon for being responsible for maintaining an excellent environment. It is a pleasure to live in a community of this quality.
Highly recommended if you are looking to live close to Brickell, Downtown, Wynwood, hospitals, schools, and enjoy the active life of Miami. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.
