This review is dedicated to the management- Especially Marianna . Living at 10X Miami has been an absolute nightmare. The parking garage is filthy, with trash piling up everywhere, and the entrance always has a terrible smell. Marianna, who works there, is incredibly rude. I don’t understand how she can act the way she does. When I tried to tour the unit after signing the lease, she told me she was having lunch and didn’t want to be disturbed. She didn’t even offer to let me wait until she was done—she just insisted I reschedule. How is that professional?
There was also a charge on my account, and when I called to resolve it, Marianna actually hung up on me! I really don’t get why they hire people like her. Is she only working to be rude to customers? She acts like she’s the only person working in the world.
The management team is friendly... until you sign the lease. After that, they couldn’t care less about you. They treat you terribly, especially Marianna.
And the parking garage is a disaster. The spaces are incredibly tight, and the second floor of the garage smells horrible because of all the trash. They don’t even have designated parking spots, yet they claim to be a luxury building. I regret moving here every single day.
Sure, the nearby communities are a bit more expensive, but at least they don’t have staff like Marianna and proper parking spaces.
There’s also the issue of traffic. People drive at highway speeds in the garage and don’t care about hitting your car.
As for soundproofing, the walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors are doing—it's like living in a paper-thin building.
We emailed them about renter’s insurance, and they didn’t respond until they finally charged us. When I asked if they could remove the charge, Marianna’s response was unbelievable: “You’re already getting one month free, so why can’t you pay $50?” How is that even an acceptable response? What kind of attitude is that? She acts like she's doing us a favor by offering one month of free rent. Is she personally paying for that out of her own pocket?
