Made an appt for an apt tour with Tracey two weeks ago for Saturday. Amanda calls the day before to tell me my appt is cancelled because they’re closed on Saturdays. How do you suddenly become closed on Saturday, the best day for working individuals to come view apts. Eh, there’s plenty of other apts in Miami and Broward - I won’t be wasting my time with this one.

This place is Terrible the property manager or assistant manager whatever is position he’s very disgusting rude unprofessional and he needs to be fired i will be filling a lawsuit against the property. I wish I could give him a negative star, the young lady who works in the front is very nice and kind. The corporate office need to look into this thing and fire him I will not stop.

This Is The Worst Apartment Experience In My LIFE THEY ARE VERY DIRTY THEY HAVE A ROACH PROBLEM IN THE GARAGE REAL BAD & THE TRASH IS NOT VALET SO THE HALLWAYS STANK THE ELEVATOR NEVER WORKS & ALWAYS STANK FROM THE DOGS PEE FECES & BLOOD THE PARKING IS STUPID THEY WILL TOW U BOOT YOU & PUT STICKERS ON YOUR VEHICLE EVEN IF YOU LIVE HERE THERE IS NO WHERE FOR MY GUEST TO PARK MY CAR HAS BEEN STOLEN FROM HERE AS WELL & THERE IS NO CAMERAS IN PARKING LOT FOR SECURITY MY RENT WENT FROM 1600 TO 2500 THE WASHERS & DRYERS ARE RAGGEDY & DIRTY AS WELL DO NOT RENT FROM THEM ‼️

I am so thrilled in my new apartment at Nottingham Pines. I recently moved with my son; and our apartment is absolutely gorgeous. So well maintained, beautifully painted and spotless. This is a quiet, family friendly apartment complex. The management team is a dream team. Any questions or concerns are addressed immediately. Any needed repairs and taken care of right away. From the first day I went to the leasing office I have experienced the warmth and professionalism of their team members. Specially, Yuliya & Maxim have been so helpful and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Nottingham Pines.
