Pine Island Ridge Condominium

This is my home for 30 years.

guest parking is ample but nobody is allowed to park here.The association here is one of the worst I've ever encountered. The condo commandos here will boot anyone in a guest spot past 1am. This has happened to residence and guests, for a time they have even towed residence cars. They expect every guest to have a $20 guest pass which can only be acquired by residence during the weekday at the most inconvenience time frame for the working individual. I wouldn't advise living here long, soley for the lack of empathy and paranoia that comes from those in charge who have nothing better to do .

Fabulous place, quiet with many green areas You can walk and enjoy the atmosphere.

This condominium  have a restaurant, good food, for service of this comiunity.

Ample parking. I visited friends. Good size. Large sprawling campus, very difficult to find buildings even during the day. You have to get close to the buildings to see the address and if it's the wrong one you have to go back to their main road again.
