Corrupt condo board, the place is broke so you get assessments on everything! The roof leaked into my unit and they wont pay any damages to repair the mold. Poor mgmt ,I waited 3 years for a front door replacement! Homeless people everywhere ,no security.

Very disappointed with this community management. Every time we need to contact them they are either not available or are rude to people. This is unacceptable for homeowners who pay the association fee. This community  need to have professionals working in this field who know how to treat people and how to handle homeowner concerns.
