Will tow you constantly and no management help. Dirty areas, nasty lake outside, no access to pool amenities only through the office during business hours. Construction 3+ years, also rocks holding open the gates for over a year

I need to get in contact with whoever is above RENTA . She’s a property manager who is so unprofessional! Live here for over a year… sadly my lawyer has to get involved. I won’t stop until my issue is resolved!!!

There are bums looKing in the patios and as well shootings and you think they will work on the gates!!! Its wide open WITH NO SECURITY and trash every where . WE NEED HELP HERE!! WE PAY TO MUCH RENT FOR THIS TO HAPPEN.

Do not rent here, it is a dirty, dangerous condominium, and the structure is very old, they do not maintain it. It's not a good place to live

If I can give this place NEGATIVE stars I would. FIRST of all there is a serious mold problem in my unit and all they did was cover it up. ACTUAL MUSHROOMS coming from my ceiling. The maintenance people hired alarmed me the whole attic needs to be cleaned out and replaced. That hasn’t happened AT ALL! I moved here almost a year and a half ago the pool hasn’t been fixed at all. The gym I don’t even know what it looks like !!!!! They made up excuses stating we can’t swim because of broken gates ???? The “closed gated community” that they brag about the gate worked once for a day and has been broken since. TOWED CONSTANTLY FOR THINGS THAT THEY CAUSED! Overall MESS! Grass hasn’t been cut for 2 months ???? Maintenance men are LAZY !!!! I can go on for days !

I stay in building 5628 the stairs has been broken since 07-01-2020 when I moved there . My car was towed from my registered parking spot everyday for the first month and I had to pay to get it out. Wait almost 2 months to get refunded by the parking lot monitor. Alyson who is the district manager and Katherine who is the customer service rep are horrible when it comes to getting a problem resolved. The gate has been broken since September resulting in our mail being vandalized and held at the Oakland park post office. Mind you it’s been 2 months and usps and sun vista still doesn’t know where my mail is going. Pool is still closed ? You can hear right thru the walls in the apartments and every single car that passes by on commercial . They are lazy and this community is a horrible place to live do not rent from here. I’ll be so happy once my lease is up. Research the apartment and reviews before moving to a new place.
