Beautiful building with amazing views at the top.  The sunset was gorgeous.  Enjoyed the sophisticated decor with casual elegance with friends at  the club house located on the top floor.

The pool is finally open and it was so worth the wait. It’s amazing!! The office team is really helpful and I’m loving the area!

I’ve been a resident since September and love it here! Maintenance is so quick to fix anything that comes up even after hours. The staff is super friendly (shout out to Spencer!) and are in the building 7 days a week if you need anything. The units are beautiful and brand new which is really nice cause you can make it your own. The glass sliding doors are big and they give great natural lighting. Amenities are amazing- the pool actually just opened today cause I guess it passed inspection, not really sure but it was worth the wait!!! It is GORGEOUS on the rooftop it feels like a resort. Def come check it out if you’re looking for a spot close to everything !

What an eyesore in the night skyline, it looks like 20 levels of extremely lit up parking lot, it looks like a tower of polluted air, I don't even think they can get away with that in New York, I'm appalled that this passed to get built. Fort Lauderdale is going down fast, pretty soon we'll have a skyline of stacked, lit up to hell parking garages, so atrocious, this is the night skyline, parking lot looks like it's on fire, it's brighter than the moon, this is grotesque

What a great new space for the Oakland Park/east Fort Lauderdale community!! As homeowners insurance rates continue to SKYROCKET, renting might just be the way to go in South Florida. The whole building has a luxurious feel to it- from the clubhouse, to the gym, to the pool deck/views of the city. Even the parking was well thought out- plenty of spacious spots versus often feeling cramped at other buildings. I’m excited to tour one of your units to see if I can call Oaklyn my home one day!

Absolutely beautiful property. The view from the clubhouse is breathtaking- sunrise or sunset.  Large and spacious modern design. They have some great artwork too! Great location. Safe and convenient area.

The building is beautiful and modern- each of the apartments are brand new! The gym is clean and has everything you could want. The common area is spacious with tvs, pool table and shuffle board- perfect for guests. With two kitchens! The views, especially from the gym,  common room and  their balconies are amazing! You can see 360 unobstructed from downtown to the ocean. Highly recommend !

I generally love the building but when you pay a premium for an apartment such as this, you are paying for the amenities.  The pool still has yet to be open to residents and the dog park is basically unusable.  I was told before signing a lease that both of these amenities would be open in a few weeks.  They are the main reason I moved here.  I’ve been here for months now.

Spencer made the whole onboarding process seamless. From touring the unit to ensuring all of my required documents were signed in less than 24 hours. He knew my immediate need to move and made it happen. Also, shout out to Ja’mez for being a great co-worker and co-host to me with my questions. He also was extremely accommodating.
