Very well located building Less than 5 minutes walk from the beach
Right in front of a park
There are 3 buildings A B and C each with a swimming pool and a garage.
Entrances are secure
There are small shops at the foot of building C
The swimming pools are pleasant with enough deckchairs and tents to shelter from the sun
There are barbecues available and several tennis courts
Gyms are available free of charge
Cash withdrawal possible ATM small supermarket.
Close to Miami and near Hollywood Fort Lauderdale.
I recommend.

Great location. Finding the parking is c ...
Great location. Finding the parking is confusing even with the paper instructions they gave us. Once you find it you will be fine after. They tow cars 24/7!! They were towing my car but I got there when the tow truck was about to leave and had to pay $145 on the spot. We have to wear green wristbands during our stay which is annoying. I rented the place through air bnb.
