The sauna and the whirlpool often break down. Management does not want to work and put things in order.

Updated Review: This HOA loves making living here unbearable for its residents. I require AC in my unit because the sun is bearing down on the windows I live next to and the HOA is requiring us to remove the AC unit. How am I supposed to live in 90F heat that comes in from outside? This is unacceptable and I can’t wait to leave once our lease expires. Original Review: Horrible, rude, and disgusting management. My grandparents were forced to remove their car from their ASSIGNED parking space for arbitrary and ridiculous reasons. Now they are being forced to park in the street.
Currently looking to move to a building that appreciates their residents.

The management are all very kind and nice people, they get their jobs done and are friendly. However, the neighbors are very aggressive, especially the elderly. I have seen numerous situations when elderly attacked other residents, and got residents kicked out. However, they were not even year round owners. I believe this complex is biased and needs more young people

The place is pleasant to live, quiet and the apartments are comfortable, the problem is parking since there is only one per apartment, on the street you can park for a monthly fee but you incur the risk of damage and theft, which already happened to us

This house should indicate that they are 55+!!! It will be very bad for families with children there, because the management does not allow anything that an ordinary child does - play in the pool with toys, ride electric cars, ride scooters, you cannot play with a ball, you cannot laugh loudly, you cannot run around the apartment during the daytime . Management gives fines for all this, approximately $200 for each “offense.” The building is essentially more like a nursing home, a library with eternal silence.
The management consists only of very elderly people who don’t care about the fact that young families with children also rented an apartment there and want a normal life.
We once gathered 10 people (families with children) and came to the meeting to voice our complaints and propose solutions, but we were not even allowed into that meeting, since it turned out that only apartment owners could be present. And these are most often people from New York who simply rent out their apartments and do not delve into the problems of a condominium.
And if you change the management, then in general it is an ordinary old building, in good condition, very low ceilings, cleanliness is maintained. There are cockroaches in the house, but if the apartment is newly renovated and if you close the gap under the front door to prevent them from crawling from the corridor, then you can have a quiet life without insects.
I really don’t recommend this condominium for families with children, houses 800 and 1000.
