Updated review: management has made no attempt to rectify mice infestation. Caught four more this week. Filed complaint with health department. Will be seeing my doctor this week since people can get a viral infection from infestation. I will sue this condo, own it and burn it down!! Ola condo is even trying to rent the unit without addressing rodent issue. I'm thinking about suing them for breach of lease agreement since there's a clause that management is responsible for correcting this problem. Money hungry slumlords!!  I will be posting pics of mouse infestation in building to make this known. I HATE HOW MANAGEMENT neglects the property as if we are agreeable to live in this NASTY PLACE!! TENANTS NEED TO SPEAK UP! IF ENOUGH TENANTS SAY SOMETHING WE CAN SUE THESE GREEDY PEOPLE AND THE FAKE HOA!!
Major mice infestation.  3rd floor apt in brick building and 12 mice caught; plumbing and water issue; don't use sink and shower or flush...doesn't work. I have view of pool but scared to use since the property is badly maintained,  I'm sure pool ain't serviced. And the shocker, in order to rent here, you need HOA approval 🤣😤🤯 I seen better maintained properties in overtown and liberty city. This property needs to be condemned and the tenants should be paid for relocation.  Mice should pay the rent!!

They re making improvements. Paints, clean up and 24hr security.

please dont go there, dirty place, poor management service. and when you move out they dont want to give you your deposit for the association fees.

I’ve attached some pictures of how bad this place looks, the pool is abandoned, and the buildings are abandoned as well. Homeless people everywhere smoking and doing drugs.

Be careful you cannot receive any packages there's thief all over the apartments. Every package I receive has been stolen, this place is not what the owners make it seem like. There's homeless everywhere and they are armed, the screams from neighbors that get beaten it's sad and horrible. Elevator broken since May and everything smells and it looks disgusting. Be very careful with your packages, they are being stolen, I had to buy a camera to be able to report the thefts that have been done to me for two years. This place is not what the owners claim it to be, it is full of homeless people who enter through the door and sleep in front of the door of each apartment and are even armed with machetes. The elevators are very dirty and smell horrible, I'm looking for options I need to get out of here. I do not recommend this to anyone, it is very dangerous.
