Manager is lack of professionalism, doesn't know how to talk to residents, not sure if because we are Latinos but he is super rude, plus this building needs a URGENT  renovation.

I liked this condo, it is very quiet although not very new.

I love working and living in this building. it has improved a lot for the last 4/5 years. Big apartments and beautiful views

Unbeatable location .Board is doing a great job. Been working in the offices at the 18th floor. No complaints. they are doing all the repairs necessary.
