This place is not good to live after a year. You are being micromanaged the entire stay , management is a dictator, rugs smell terrible. Mail room smells like the 70’s , the lobby smells like amoina. It’s no good to raise children here. There is always leaks . They have to shut the water off every single week. It’s a big inconvenience to live here . If you are thinking about it RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are trying or thinking about moving here RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Pathetic administration

For a Building this old they are asking way too much. I went there with a client because surprisingly he wanted to move here. The price for a 2/2 rental was around $2100 and now i know why. The rug was terribly dirty, the smell horrendous, only one parking spot with no chance of having another car, pool was closed. They ask for a 680 credit score and bad for you if you have 679 , they will take your application money and turn you down with no explanation at all. Manager is rude, definitely not happy with his job. Do yourself and your clients a favor and don’t bring them here. 🫡

I’ve lived here for 2 years & must say the location for this place is great. 20 minutes to wynwood/ Downtown Miami, near many beaches & the street view is great! However after 2 years i couldn’t take it. The place is full of roaches, the hallway carpet badly stained, was told there’d be a pool, the pool was closed off the entire 2 years I lived there. The manager of the unit is super passive aggressive. They go through different security guards like crazy in this place. Honestly, it’s not worth it

I went to take a tenant and they flat out to me to my face “we do not accept pets for tenants, if you have an ESA the board will still deny the tenant. We do not care if we get sued even if we lose in court - we only approved service animals that are provided for literal and severely handicapped people”.
