No one speaks English it’s crazy and they are MONEY HUNGRY..

Do not move in to these apartments, they have termites, and they don't Acknowledge  Any problems with your building. Worst place to live, and the owners are always out of state. Repairs are all on you. To get a handyman out to you will take weeks.

The worse and most unprofessional place to live. I’ve never lived at a place where I couldn’t reach the management for an issue until I lived here. They change numbers and take forever to contact you if you have an issue (which is unethical for a protest management team). Not only that but I moved out April 30 and still have yet to know the amount of how much my deposit will be. I’m beyond frustrated and will NEVER recommend anyone to live here, thank god I moved out instead of renewing my lease but it seem I might be taking matters into the legal route.

It is very neglected and dirty

The worst place ever. The have a girl working at the office she is very rude, she talk to people very bad.

😥This place is getting crazy! Parties  EVERY WEEKDAY! Some Spanish people DO NOT RESPECT elders or children's time to sleep. They start at 4PM any day of week, and finish their parties sometimes after 3AM. I can't talk to my family, we can't listen to our TV or music! Their spickers are ALWAYS out side, on high volume! It's like a torture! OLIVE GLEN IS NOT A FARM! Apts are closed and sounds go through the walls! *After few years leaving here, without any problems like this, I Am feeling threatened. They gets agressive if I try to explain that's bothering me. I hv heart conditions and they know that and we have neigboors whom have babies, that need to sleep 6 hrs minimum too, on a quite environment. Then I have calling the police few  times, but I think they likes it. They don't care. Drunk drunk people, loud conversations, speeding, parking cars on the middle of street, bumping on the back of resident's parked cars, running over AT&T box and sprinklers_ This has been a nightmare! 😥😥 **old pipers are bursting and our 4 complexes had to remove all tiles, after one of the 4 aptos got flooded
