It’s a truly wonderful place to live! Very beautiful, amazing apartments. The association/management was rude and unreasonable for years recently, not sure how it is now. But the staff, the security guards, especially Dmitry (GIVE THE MAN A RAISE!), and all the new employees, are so incredibly friendly and helpful! Thank you!!!

Honestly valet ruins the experience of coming here at all. You have to pay $10 dollars for every day your car is here. I have to visit my grandma very often and I can’t pay it. Their answer? buy a parking spot from them. this building sucks purely because of the valet on top of all the issues they already have. END the valet, there are more than enough spots. Greedy and just trying to take more and more.

Feels like living in a country club! Love it!

If you’re looking for a helpful review, read mine. I live in building 2500 and want to express my gratitude to all the staff who work here and to the administration office. They have truly created comfortable living conditions; they’re always friendly and attentive. The mail service works wonderfully, everything is clean, and it’s a pleasure to be here every minute. You can always reach out to them, and they always try to find a solution, like one big happy family. I live on the 19th floor and have an incredibly beautiful view. I want to say a big thank you again to the office and to everyone who works to keep this place in excellent condition. I really enjoy living here, and those who leave dissatisfied reviews likely have their own personal issues because, in reality, everything here is top-notch, like a high-class hotel. The gym is excellent, the pool is always clean, the grounds are beautiful, and there’s a nearby children’s park within walking distance, a BBQ area, a sauna, tennis place, plenty of elevators in the building, and they even notify you via SMS when new mail arrives—it’s incredible. You can always stop by the reception just to chat if the staff aren’t busy—they’re as friendly as the valet. In short, I love everyone here and appreciate your care and hard work. If anyone considers moving here, the office will fairly review your application. Wishing everyone the best.
