I’ve been renting a bedroom for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier. The apartment is freshly renovated and furnished, which made moving from across the country super easy. It’s also more affordable than most places in the area and the location is great for me.

I love Otto! The furniture is super nice ...
I love Otto! The furniture is super nice and the location is great! I stayed there for 8 months, I was going to stay only for a couple of months but then decided to extend my lease as my roomies were super cool and it is really close to my job.

The apartment building has a serious mold issue, I just smell it once I step in. Mold is a serious issue, and management is uncooperative. Hopefully it gets resolved soon before it gets worse.

When signing a lease with these people B ...
When signing a lease with these people BE CAREFUL…… look over it with a lawyer and ensure they are not violating your rights as a tenant.. I signed an unlawful lease and had a great deal of stress dealing with management and living in this apartment. I was wrongfully charged for fees. They are one of the most unprofessional and rude management companies I have every dealt with. BE CAREFUL, LOOK OVER YOUR LEASE AND BE SURE TO ASK QUESTIONS. They will definitely try to make you sign a lease with privacy violations so they are able to enter the apartment whenever they want with no notices.

I have a dear friend of mine who is tenant in this apartment building. It has an ongoing unresolved mold issue, unfortunately the property management team failed to take the correct actions to resolve the problem. Their solution is just to cover the mold up with paint , they are not following the correct steps to remediate the mold and mildew.
