Palm Bay Yacht Club Condominium

Palm Bay Yacht Club Condominiums sits on the water way of Miami and holds spectacular views, namely from ocean side (of course). Like MOST Condominiums, dealing with associations and special assessments is no different here, as Palm Bay Yacht Club is reapairing/remodeling it's underground parking, upgrading to hurricane impact windows, and railing renovations, as well as pool, tennis courts, and so forth. Currently, ALL the construction 🚧 can be flustering,  but once inside the building the outter reconstruction seems to fade away.
My sister-in-laws unit is on the 21st floor, and the views of the islands, South Beach at night in distance, fireworks on the Fourth of July, and sunrises are the highlights of Palm Bay, and due to it's location by the bay there is no building, construction of another high rise to Ever block you view in the future.
Yes, Palm Bay Yacht Club has it's issues currently But it's future looks NEW.

The building is going through renovations and it is not an easy time for anyone, financially and with the amenities. However the manager of the building Adrian and the board have been doing really good in handling situations and Adrian truly cares about owners, he is genuine. This is rare nowadays. We all know managing a building especially one going through a 40 year recertification & special assessment time isn’t easy. He deals with it with calm, peace, care and it’s actually impressive. We are lucky to have such a person handling our building. He is leading a team of great people such as Gail, Peter and everyone else working here. They do a good job hiring good people who are also pleasant, front desk, valet, housekeepers, engineers, everyone is smiling, kind and helpful. Thank you for what you do Adrian and Palm Bay team, it’s important to feel this way in the building you chose to live in and thanks to you, I feel this way. Thank you!
