Palm Bay Yacht Club Condominium

The building is going through renovations and it is not an easy time for anyone, financially and with the amenities. However the manager of the building Adrian and the board have been doing really good in handling situations and Adrian truly cares about owners, he is genuine. This is rare nowadays. We all know managing a building especially one going through a 40 year recertification & special assessment time isn’t easy. He deals with it with calm, peace, care and it’s actually impressive. We are lucky to have such a person handling our building. He is leading a team of great people such as Gail, Peter and everyone else working here. They do a good job hiring good people who are also pleasant, front desk, valet, housekeepers, engineers, everyone is smiling, kind and helpful. Thank you for what you do Adrian and Palm Bay team, it’s important to feel this way in the building you chose to live in and thanks to you, I feel this way. Thank you!

Luxury!

Stay away, this building will be condemned very shortly when they fail the 40yr inspection. Greedy building owner(s) never utilized the HOA of $1200ish/month to maintain the building, it went into their pockets.  All owners will lose their property.

I just read that this building gonna make each owner pay $175000 assessment for 40 years certification.
