Palmetto Place

I've only been living there for 2 months and I already want to leave, the cockroaches are everywhere, cat food in all the door entrances, dog feces wherever I want because no one picks them up, I have to turn the dryer twice to dry it, nothing works!!

I strongly advise against renting in this condominium. The administrator consistently fails to honor the rental agreement and ignores tenants' requests for assistance. Instead, they seem more focused on finding ways to impose extra fees rather than addressing legitimate concerns. To make matters worse, planned construction this year is bound to cause significant disruptions to tenants' daily lives. Overall, it has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

DO NOT rent here. The ladies in the office and the Manager Nicole are scammers. Absolute liars. Nicole has been avoiding my calls and emails. I have called the office every single day and they tell me a different story. But Nicole is quick to come out of the office and try to convince you to stay and rent longer when you turn in the moving out form. Avoid living here you will never see your deposit and will be charged a surprise when you move out. Nicole needs to be replaced. This community can be so much better with better management. They are running a scam.

When i went the lady i had an appointment with wasnt there. Another lady helped me out and she wasnt able to help me much. She said there werent any available units to go and see in order to make a educated decision on wanting to move to the community. I basically didnt get a tour of anything. Just sat in the office for 30 minutes before getting helped and then only getting informed that id have to pay and application and admin fee and then decide if i wanted to rent in September when 1 apartment would be ready to see if that.

Ms. Ashlee at the leasing office is amazing. Warm and professional. Great community and amenities!

it's a place to live. the buildings/apartments are old and worn down. the steps are falling apart in some hallways and the walkways are cracked and broken as well. roaches galore, no matter what we did the roaches wouldn't go away, they laid eggs and had their nests everywhere in the apartment. the parking was horrible, if you wanted to leave your apartment after 5pm expect to park all the way in back by the dumpsters. in the three years we lived there the gate never locked, so anyone can drive in without a code/call needed. the office was iffy, Ashley is the best, she is super nice and helpful, she made going to the office more bearable.
