I recommended a friend, since I have lived here for 6 months, at that time they asked me for reasonable requirements to rent. They asked the person I recommended for ridiculous requirements, such as three years of account statements, they have one year here in this country, they rejected even though they met the requirements and kept the reserve money. They should post the requirements before accepting money. Very bad on the part of the administration

Don't bother renting here! When you select your unit, you pay a $500 fee to reserve. Then They give you 72 hours to submit a bunch of paperwork. My application got denied because my rental verification took long To be  send back to them, which I explained I had no control over because this depended on my rental community to return not me! The manager and the leasing agent Ashlee were condescending and unwilling to help, even after I explained that I had already reached out for the paperwork they were requesting but that my association was taking their time! This community and their leasing protocol is a joke! It's no wonder there are so many other reviews with people having such a bad experience as well! Don't waste your time and money renting here!

Under new ownership as of 2024, this apartment complex has decreased in hospitality, care and empathy. In this economy while we are all trying to make ends meet the new owners do not care for anything but PROFIT. They are money hungry and don’t consider they have families living within their property. I recently had issues renewing my lease with them as they kept decreasing our opportunities to renew yearly/monthly. By the last day of notifying the office/owners they just kept raising the prices on rent. They offer you to move out beforehand and if you need to break your lease (even for uncontrollable situations) they charge you the rent “until another tenant moves in”. So inconsiderate.
Besides that, the maintenance crew and two front desk ladies are sweet and caring and do their job accordingly.

Overall not bad. Pretty quiet. People are respectful of Amazon packages. Need more security specifically with the gate. Anyone can come as they please.

Terrible attention in the administration, stay away from that place

Be careful, they don't renew you to collect the fees from someone else, and the administration is almost non-existent
