It is a very quiet place to live, it has a small lake, a walking path that leads to a park with games for children, there is a lot of commerce, excellent schools and restaurants

My abuelita lives here but what I can tell you as someone who lives in a gated community I would give it 5 stars bc it has a nice view, and the neighbors are really nice, and there's a park around the area and a lake this is an amazing place if your looking for a nice not to big townhouse and it's also great for biking

I think it is a quiet and pleasant place that I consider to be very well preserved. Most neighbors take care of their property by taking care of its exteriors as established. The grass is regularly groomed as part of the maintenance, as is the street lighting. With the windows closed I don't feel any discomfort because of the type of activity they have to carry out to preserve everyone's property.

Lived here for over a decade, and have friends that still live here. It’s great overall, spacious, and very friendly.

In this condo you cannot sleep in the morning, or the gardening staff or the garbage trucks pass by. They should coordinate so that the gardeners come on the same day as the garbage trucks, so that they can even rest a few days a week, because if it is not one, it is another.

The condominium does not have an organization with schedules for cleaning it. For this reason EVERY DAY THERE IS A SCANDAL with the machinery that the companies that come to clean use for each thing, etc. Instead of mowing the grass and other cleaning on Tuesdays and Fridays, which are the days that the cleaning trucks come by. Every day they send something to be done. And the noise is horrible EVERY DAY. Not everyone works in the mornings. Older men live here too. If you feel bad, there is no way to rest, etc. Every day there is noise of machines everywhere.
On weekends they also make noise in the mornings. There is never a shortage of someone inconsiderate to hammer and use machinery in their homes or outside on Saturdays and Sundays in the MORNING. Gentlemen, let us be considerate of others. Everyone doesn't work the same hours. People have the right to rest their mornings at least on the weekend.
I'm not saying they don't do their things. I understand that they are their homes but let's be considerate of the noise on weekend mornings at least.
The condominium should regulate the hours for everyone to make repairs or use machinery in their homes.
