PICK UP TRUCK OWNERS, BEWARE!!! This place, for some reason is not pick-up friendly. There is what I consider to be an anti-constitutional law that states pick up trucks are not allowed to park at the parking lot area. So if you have a pick up, even if it is a small bed one, be prepared to park in a public shopping center or whichever place you can find outside the condominium. Fun fact, the closest parking location is a Target, 1 mile away. Not bad, just a mere 23 minute walking distance under our Florida sun. It’s like a walk in the park, just be prepared to have to wake up 30 minutes earlier than necessary, and pray it doesn’t rain on you. Another small detail is that you learn this piece of information the day of the orientation, yes, after you have made a lease agreement, payed application fees to apply to the association, including all the pertinent forms, money orders, etc. So if you are just another common citizen who's job depends on driving a truck (regardless if your bed is covered and you can't see tools), or if you’re a simple all-American proud person who relies on a pick-up to transport your hobby/sport supplies, you don't have the right to park in your own home. We live in a country with freedom of speech, where soldiers have died through decades to maintain that freedom and independence, only for these guys to come up with the audacity to dictate what you can or cannot drive. If you do not like our democrate America, feel free to invest in this outdated dictatorship of a community association who seems unwilling to adapt to our current society. Your pick-up truck is not welcomed, but your neighbors can have Escalades bigger than your car or white vans with ladders tied to their roofs. In conclusion check your garage before applying here, or you will be unpleasantly surprised!!!!

My vehicle was stolen at this complex, association did not provide me with footage or assistance alleging their surveillance system was not working properly.
