Lovely place to live, I have been here for over 20 years! Property Manager Maria Rocio & Maintenance Pedro & Armando are wonderful, you’ll be in great hands with them. They keep the complex very tidy and clean, truly the nicest people . They are very helpful with any questions you may have and neighbors are pleasant ! Our apartment was up for renovations and what an amazing job they did ❤️❤️Wonderful place to live , you won’t regret it !

I have lived in this Condominium for years, and the truth is it was the best choice I could make, the neighbors are good people, and quiet!!, there are no noises that disturb rest, all the common facilities are in good condition, the lighting is very good, for people like me reaching seventy years old it is very important. The Apartment is always in good condition, any problem has a quick and efficient response, I don't have to worry about anything.
I want to thank you for so much respect and empathy, the Manager, Mrs. Vargas, and those in charge of maintenance, Messrs. Pedro and Armando.
I recommend it with all my heart, you won't regret it!!!

This place is very well kept. The grass is cut every week. And they do regular monthly inspections to see if the apartment is well kept of. This inspection also includes fumigation. When something breaks the maintenance personal will come and fix it for you. They are very friendly and trustworthy. There is also a laundry included when you lease here. They've also got a nice Lake towards the middle of the condominium.

I'm not sure why, but not a single phone call was answered. There isn't a website to contact them. And when you're not living there, this can be seriously discouraging when you're trying to relocate and have a serious interest in the unit....
