There are elevators that go days without working and very few parking spaces.

Isn’t there a way to get in contact with someone, of higher authority, instead of dealing with the two girls at the office?! I’ve never been treated with this amount of disrespect ever! I work in customer service and I know exactly how frustrating it can be but I would NEVER take out my anger or frustration on a customer. It’s disgusting that the girls in the office can get away with treating people like that! Every time I go to them for anything, they ignore me or  look at their phones or at the computer. Those girls never look me in the eye as they communicate with me. I’m given attitude and they roll their eyes at me as if everything I say bothers them. I don’t care if they like what I have to say or not, they should treat the residents there with EQUAL respect. They deserve to be fired and replaced with people that know how to properly do the job and respect others and that don’t PRETEND to speak only Spanish. I can’t begin to say how many times I try to talk to them in Spanish and when I stumble on how to say something, I say it in English and they act as if they don’t understand anything. And if they really only know Spanish then that’s also another problem. Not everyone in Miami KNOWS how to speak Spanish or is as fluent in the language, I didn’t do anything to them to be met with attitude for trying to speak Spanish. Then they look at you as if you’re stupid instead of trying to help out.Don’t come to live here unless you have the patience to deal with them!!!

Not enough parking for the number of residents and ADA compliance can’t possibly   meet minimum standards.

Is not the worst place on earth, and neither is a good one. So so... kind of dirty

The dirtiest and most neglected place you can find, the condominium is useless.
