Park Place By the Bay

This tower has numerous apartments with beautiful views of downtown Miami, I don't like the surroundings very much, there are homeless people and it is sad to see people in those conditions.

If you’re Brazilian, think before you move here. Staff hate Brazilian (prejudice/segregation), I make the EXACT SAME request as my hispanic neighbors and they promptly attend their request, but not mine. Communication may be hard with staff as many do not speak English, Spanish only, but we learned to speak English and Spanish to be able to communicate with them (besides Portuguese, so it is good for us as we can speak 3 languages now!)
Heavy insects infestation (wood is falling apart and also you have to be extremely cautious about roaches! Urrghhh)
Good: staff can be friendly sometimes (the guys from maintenance), pool is OK, gyms to. Beautiful orchids by the dog walk area.

I made the application and the only thing they do is make obstacles and excuses, apart from paying 185 dollars 85 application

Almost 1 week to apply and I never had a positive response,
Be careful people, don't be fooled and lose almost 200 dollars by applying and losing your valuable money that it doesn't hurt them to STEAL BADLY….

Hello ! I live in that building for approximately 4 years!! On the 6th floor they never fixed the air conditioning and the heat to get to the elevator was unbearable! That and many more problems like cleaning! What they didn't do. They were warned and they never did anything! The treatment in the office is only good when you arrive to rent after that there are bad answers and with bad attitudes even the manager called Leonardo Vázquez is not good if I tell you that I lost several packages and they did not solve my problems and knowing that they have cameras and they did not help me I hope that someone interested in renting there thinks about it a lot that is my experience I hope it helps someone

I have been asking for this tub to be fixed over a year.  The day they came to finally try and fix it, they left a letter stating we had to be out of the apartment for 24 hours.  How the hell do you expect someone to be out of the apartment for 24 hours WITHOUT prior notice?  The management is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Always trying to have answers that don't make sense. They change the website without notice.  Went to pay the rent and because they changed it WE  had to pay an addition $200.00 for their mistake! They are non apologetic and make every excuse to make it seem its your fault.  The elevators are constantly broken! there are over 400 units with 4 elevators and most of the time there are just 2 working at a time.  The hallways smell like straight up piss! The pool is infested with black cats and smell horrible! There are a lot of issues but don't have space to list them all.  DONT MOVE HERE!!!!

Elevators are always broken, packages get stolen, it’s cheaper for a reason.

The lady fixes the clothes. Very well, I recommend her.

Things have changed and not for the better!!!

Excellent, family place with good e, better prices and good service. It is not luxury but in relation to price/quality the place is perfect. Reading a little about some negative comments, like the one about the pool, I think maybe they are people who did not understand that there are some rules to comply with, on my birthday I had to rent the grill and the space is chosen by paying a fee which then is returned, that gives you the keys to that grill all day, and even if you don't use it all day, others won't be able to use it. It is different from other buildings but hey, you have to anticipate and be organized, if there are no grill options in various green spaces in Miami. I recommend this complex to many friends and I am very satisfied. Includes covered parking, one per apartment.
