Park Towers Apartments

Awesome

Park Towers is the best place to live. The office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The building is very clean and I don’t have any roaches.

-No AC on in hallways or lobby ever -Pool is always chained up and closed
-Front door callbox is broken every week
-Parkinglot gates are always broken
-Humidity issues inside the units
-Dirty hallways with terrible paint jobs
-Massive amounts of vent dust that covers your belongings
Overall this place is not a forever home bc there is no reason to want to ever stay here.

I love this place! New changes are very positive and happy with the management. I can't say enough

If I could give this place 0 star i would. I have been living here for about 4 years and this is the worst it has gotten with the management team. My lease was supposed to renewed in Sept they never sent me the new lease. I went to the office two months in advance spoke to Aida she told me that she will send it by mail ; never did ! I then received a notice for Oct saying my rent is up from $1515 to $1816. I emailed them I told them to give me an explanation of why I never received a renewal and why my rent went up so high they never responded. I went to the office to talk about it that’s when they told me that they will not be renewing my lease and I have to be out by November 28 2023. RIGHT BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS. Never once had the complex call me regarding anything I was doing wrong. Their excuse were I’m causing mold, 90% of the units have mold. How am I responsible ?
Came to find out one of their workers at the office want my apartment because it’ is one of the new models
I am not sure what to make of this and I personally think this a so wrong on so many levels to not allow a good tenant to renew their lease or even give them an option for another unit. Now I am left to go on a goose hunt for another apt stressed out and having to come up with thousands just to move. And when I contacted management they told me that it is the decision of the owners of the complex which from my understanding it is YMP management. I have tired calling and emailing and I have not yet even get a call back or any type of answer. Yes, if I had done something wrong then I would have just left without a word but I have done NOTHING!
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!
