The association should do something drastic immediately, I don't know why they don't take the cockroach problem seriously. It is unpleasant to see cockroaches in the hallway, lobby, etc. There is an infestation and monthly fumigation is not enough, it does not work. They have to do something about it. What a shame that such a beautiful building is infested with cockroaches. Beyond being unhygienic, it can be a serious health problem. This is terrible, I am distraught and I do not live in peace.

Best building ever. Past reviews don't have respect for the rules. Super clean and well organized.  Appreciate the valet and bell hop service.

This is a great place for living and investing and some staff members like Richard are great. However, the valet parking staff that I’ve had contact with are very RUDE. They have a really bad attitude. Last night while I was waiting for my car, the valet parking guy in service walked in front of me ignoring me and helped 2 other people that were behind me! He only had to take the payment for the valet and give me my key as my car was already parked there.
I had to followed him and insist on helping me. This was very disrespectful and unacceptable!

Horrible place, security and valet employees should be fired!!!!

Horrible hospitality! The valet and front desk employees have terrible attitude. They have no regard or respect for others. And the pool is always broken. My advice is, DO NOT move here.

First of All, The Address is 3300 191st. I Own an apartment For more than 10 years. Well located, Well maintained, and the Condo HOA Have not increase the same of other buildings. 4 stars because we still  have some areas to improve.

Cockroach’s and termite infestation

They had such horrible reviews on Google that they seem to have deleted their prior account. Garbage building.
