I’m moving out … The management is the worst .. Key fobs have problems and they don’t fix

The office management team is incompetent and unreliable. When you try to get into contact with them...NO RESPONSE...Tyrone Fuller is unprofessional and unreliable. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time...

Since management doesn’t do anything I took the time to let everyone know how bad it has become living here. I was one of the first ones to move to the south tower almost 3 years ago.
The situation with the packages ITS OUT OF HAND, it’s a total mess, you try ordering and paying next day and then you can’t even find the package you payed for, they just throw it in a big room, not organized at all, the lockers are not being used, it’s a mess.
Even amazon packages are now being thrown there, USPS packages that fit perfectly inside the mail. Management just lets things get worse, and it’s just so hard to live here, rent is super expensive and they keep increasing prices like the salaries are going up WHEN THEY ARE NOT GOING UP.
I referred a friend and told him to move here just so he canceled the contact 1 month after because of how bad the management of this building could be, I’m embarrassed I told him about this building in the first place.
Everyone that lives here struggles everyday with the packages situation, it’s very very very very bad, like for real you will not find the package you ordered, not now, not in a million years, it’s definitely NOT a luxury experience.

I’ve been living in this building for 2,5 years. And it was the first building in Miami, where I extended my lease for another year since I moved here 6 years ago.
I didn’t have any issues with the noise or crazy parties, like in another buildings that I lived before.
I didn’t have any issues with the people who work here. The leasing office team are very communicative and was very supportive when I was transitioning from one job to another.
The valet parking guys are super kind and
friendly. Always helping to carry the bags or running in front to open the door.
I remember I placed a maintenance request via the portal while I was in the beach. I was pleasantly surprised when I came back home 3 hours later - everything was fixed. They also never bothered without a notice.
And of course, amenities are great. I use gym mainly but also very happy about the second pull that they have. If one is getting busy, I always have a choice to go to another one.
To be clear, things happen everywhere but they are very minimal and not consistent, which means that management is taking a good care it.
I think this building deserves much better rating.

the worst parking system. They scratch your car. They take a long time to deliver it to you. And when you notice the scratch they don't want to take care of it.
