City 24 Condominium

About review from  KRIS, one month ago (*), had inconvenience with one owner and was not first time ( only check her reviews ). About city , very good location and amenities.

This is a nice, quiet building to live in. It is a condo building, not a rental community which means each unit is owned by a different owner so your landlord is a person, not a company. The staff is very nice and helpful, the residents are nice and chill.  The location couldn't be much better. Surrounded by Downtown, Wynwood and Midtown, close to all the action, but not too close.  The free troley to Brickell, Midtown, Design District, etc... stops right in front of the building. There are some nice restaurants in walking distance too.

We have loved living at City24. The staff are extremely attentive and kind. We felt welcomed to the community from the minute we viewed the apartment. The building is always clean and in a fantastic location. Perfect for walking to the park, out to eat, and groceries.

I honestly love this building. There are so many residents who care about the condo policies, safety and who are committed to the betterment of our shared living space.

I love this building. So many amazing residents, great amenities and security. Close to everything! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
