Tropical Point Condominium

My experience is that a person hacked my Montgomery Wards account and sent  it to a Yasson Johnson at this condo  . Good thing I caught it in time. But if someone is sending scamned goods there it's not a good place to live.

Hired to do work, did a phenomenal job. They put a stop order on the check before handing it to us.

This place is trash literally  had a person  who would pee in the steps . There was mold on the ceiling and a temperature  control issue where if you don't have the a/c blasting it would cause moisture  on the floor  and I had to buy a dehumidifier due to the fact that I had 12 pairs of shoes grow mold on it. The front door to block people from entering was literally  broke for 1 year where there wasn't a door. Even with the door there it was always unlocked  so anyone could enter .

my experience in this place was the worst in the world ... I do not recommend this place to live ,,, when visiting my daughter it always ended with a sore throat because the air conditioning was rotten, also it has no visitor parking, and always  keeps it dirty ,,, it is not a calm or nice environment .. I don't recommend it

My advice, do not rent in this place is not really a good place, the realtors are rude people, the place remains dirty, there is a lot of marijuana smell, your car is unsafe, if you are a person looking for tranquility, and you want to be in  a safe environment, this place is not for you .. the worst experience of my life was lived in that place do not rent there ...
