By far the worse building ever to live i ...
By far the worse building ever to live in! Between the smelly Mr. Allen that stinks up the elevators and hallways to board members smoking in their unit and smelling up the hallway while other can’t even smoke on the balcony. Oh and let’s talk about the guest parking… if you own a 2 bedroom you are only allowed one parking spot and can’t park in the guest spots( mind you that there are over 50-60 empty spots at all times) Don’t invest in this building, You will regret it!
