Camden Portofino Apartments

I’ve been looking to rent for a decent time now since I am trying to move in the area and it is difficult for someone without rommies, I been looking everywhere and the ONLY place around Pembroke that made me feel WELCOMED was Camden and all because of Kenny. He was absolutely amazing and kind, his service was exceptional, took the time to answer all my questions and my search fit all my needs. Unfortunately I couldn’t proceed because of personal and medical matters, I will have to return to my research in a couple months. I have been reading reviews from residents and I am considering other factors but I know and I can tell that the employees work HARD for the residents here, Kenny specially has an incredible customer service and I WISH there was more like him at other places I had been looking at in the past, having a consultant like him makes the process smooth. Go Kenny!!

Anywhere you here or see the name "Camden" everything related to that name is GREAT!!!

My experience here was amazing especially with Ebun Barker, she always got my issues resolved and always made sure my stay was A 1.  She went over and beyond even when I had to leave. Thank you for making me feel right at home :). And to the maintenance team thank you for getting the job done when  needed.

I recently toured Camden Portofino Apartments and was really impressed with the place! It’s a nice, well-maintained community that offers a comfortable and welcoming environment. A special thanks to Patrick for the guided tour — he was very helpful and gave great insight into the amenities and features of the apartments.

The new sayvero process was it bit challenging but Ebun Barker walked us through the entire process very calmly and even found us a better deal. She’s a great.

Before they harass you for a 5-star review within an hour of signing your lease, you might want to actually use the appliances in your apartment. After 3-4 calls to the maintenance team—who are clearly struggling to grasp the concept of basic problem-solving—they learned that when the garbage disposal isn’t working, it probably needs to be replaced, not just “looked at.” And don’t get me started on the washer/ dryer they "provide". Five calls later, the “highly skilled” team (as they like to dub themselves) shows up, turns it on, stares at the light for a while, and deem it "working". This so-called “professional maintenance team” are a textbook example of people who expect to be paid top dollar while doing the bare minimum—and still manage to screw that up.
