Pine Island Ridge Condominium "G" Association

Idiotic and incompetent. They shut off the buildings water at the times that people have to leave for work, I’ve called down to the office to report it but apparently there were notices that were individually placed in everyone’s door (that was not done at all.) the people who run this condo association are idiotic and just plane incompetent,  and I swear that they make everyone’s life an inconvenience on purpose. Do not move here, we have a roach problem and clearly a brain power one too.

This place is constantly shutting the water off to the building for hours. Today they decided to shut my water off with zero warning so now I’m unable to get ready for work and have to call out. I would never live here if I had the option. Way too much stress for a mediocre condo.

The service of Ivonne and the staff is amazing here. Their attention to detail and speed in help out the residence of Pine Island Ridge has made my stay here one of the best places I’ve ever lived. Would highly recommend to anyone

Really nice place , quiet and has very good people living in it.

Hellooo!!! This is a nice condo to live. Apartments can be up to three bedrooms. Parking spaces designed, gym, pool, party lounge, tennis court, and a lake with friendly ducks!! A lot of trees, nice landscape, and squirrels..

I loved living here! Quiet, peaceful, beautiful community! Incredibly friendly neighbors which is rare to find. Living here is like no other place in South Florida.
