I am writing to express my disappointment with the way this community has been managed. Over the past few months, my husband and I have experienced several issues that have left us feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with the way things are being handled. Firstly, my husband's car has been towed three times without prior warning or explanation. This has caused us significant inconvenience and financial burden. In addition, there is an 80-foot palm tree located just five feet from our residence that has already caused damage to my husband's windshield. Despite bringing this to the attention of the homeowner's association (HOA), no action has been taken to address the issue.
We believe that the HOA needs a wake-up call and restructuring to ensure that the community is being managed in a fair and responsible manner. We have found this community to be highly predatory and a horrible place to live. Lazaro with Choice Property has been entirely useless in resolving these issues, leaving us feeling neglected and helpless.
Furthermore, we have constantly been threatened with fines for minor infractions, and the community even takes away our trash if we don't remove our bin within 5 minutes after the garbage man comes. These actions only serve to add to our already mounting frustration.
We hope that you take our concerns seriously and take steps to address these issues. We believe that with the proper attention and care, Arrowhead Condominium can become a place that residents can be proud to call home. For now, we are looking forward to renting our unit.

Used to be a great place to live, but since last year is becoming very unsafe, in 2022 3 cars was stolen from the parking lot. A brand new car was stole less than a week since his purchase. Community board are not interested to improve the security of the complex, when the neighbors ask for more security they just suggest “you should be organize with other neighbors”.  This community need video surveillance urgently.

Excellent place to live and enjoy the tranquility.

Mismanagement!   I had been overpaying maintenance fees for years due to them overbilling me.  I told them about the problem early in the year and reminded them periodically to send me a refund check.  I moved a month ago and they STILL owe me money from their clerical error. Update 3-16-2021: Still haven't received my overpayment money and had to hire an attorney to fight it in small claims court.  If anyone else is having the same problem with them (and I know there are several owners that are), contact attorney Mark Roher in Plantation.  He's handling my case and I'm pretty sure it can become a class action suit.
