The board has been harassing my mother in law. They are scamming all the residents to pay for assessments that are not necessary. If you want to go into debt, then this place is just for you! Not worth the price tag or headache. Stay away!

Management and some of the security here are less than sub par. You can find Willie who works overnights - asleep in the booth every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening. You have to honk and knock on the glass for his attention to bypass. Then when someone has a bad day they can choose to change the ways they enforce parking during the course of their ongoing incomplete construction to the residents garage. A joke of a system, but nice waterfront property!

Getting better, Now work is being done, long time coming, good to see.

Great place! Bob is the coolest maintenance guy around, and Patrick is the best security guard you can ask for.
