Higher, bigger, more luxurious. Are you crazy? Do you really think it's great to be able to literally look into your neighbor's soup? Can you still breathe in this narrow development? When you consider that the majority of residents hardly use the apartments (only as an investment), it hurts your soul that more and more small hotels have to believe in it (e.g. now the T-Bird). People with "small" budgets will soon no longer have the opportunity to really appreciate and enjoy the beach, the air and the sea of Sunny Isles.
