It's a lovely building, yacht inspired design. Minutes to the beach. People who live there are well off and respectful. You will see Porsche, Rolls Royce, BMW, Audi, McLaren and more. The Port is a boater's paradise in Fort Lauderdale. Management and employees are friendly. Very quiet and private inside. Would 100% recommend.

Beautiful building, immaculately maintained, my family has owned a unit in the building since it was built in 2005 and we love it there.  Definitely has experienced some typical condo association drama over the years, but if anyone’s familiar with living in a condo it’s nothing unusual, ultimately owners just care about they’re building. Staff has always been super friendly and accommodating, we have no complaints. :)
