Place is an absolute dump , all they did was “put lipstick on an pig” when it was sold and the fact that the real estate company that took over is wanting to rent to people for $2500 a month is comical and disgusting! I feel sorry for anyone who falls victim…

I lived there from 1990 to 1995 it was the best location, the place looks just like 25 years ago! I have the best memories of my Life there.

I've been living here for a couple of months now and these are my experiences: Pros: Affordable pricing, reliable air conditioning, on-site pool, responsive management.
Cons: The tenants here either keep to themselves or can be overly audible (sometimes arguments can be heard as early as 3:00 am), the electrical power seems to trip/go out at least once a month.
Additional Thoughts: There are quite a few cats that roam the complex but none of them have been aggressive. Bugs have not been an issue for me because I clean/spray regularly but every so often I will run into an intruder (usually dead) especially when there's frequent raining.
Overall, I have been satisfied with my stay here. A good choice for those looking for affordable living in the Fort Lauderdale area.
