I am very happy to have been approved for the apt, Erika's attention was excellent, the information and help I received from her was very clear to carry out my application process and be approved.

Very good place, the office colleagues are very attentive, and a quiet place, the apartments have good quality and comfort

I would not trust Princeton Grove apartment community. It is all false advertising. After being told I was approved a unit availability, I was informed 3 times the unit was not available due to family wanting month to month contracts. Once unit available and providing a new contract signed by owner Jennifer Perez. Several emails and calls made to Miguel S. to make sure everything runs smoothly for my children and I, he contact me 4 days to cancel contract verbally and that I am not approved. Leaving a single mother of 3 children homeless and having to start looking from scratch. This is disappointing and no organisation and communication is done well. I would not take the risk on using this property as your home.. After reviewing other reviews, I should have known better to apply. Now we have no home and had to cancel FPL and all arrangements.

I’ve been living here for several years now. Under the new management, RESPROP there have been some changes to the parking and amenities. Parking has always been a nightmare and a hassle. Since Princeton Groves new management implemented the new parking policy, it has been hassle-free. There is so much available parking now. Also, with the improvement of the Princeton Groves facility of the buildings, the atmosphere and surroundings feel a very welcoming place to live.  Jennifer Perez from RESPROP has a welcoming attitude and is willing to assist you any chance she gets. Her customer service is incredible and remarkable.

This place is a shame ,every time that you have any issues with the apartment they do not care ,one time we spent 3days without water and they even answer the phone

Parking was already a nightmare as they only provide you with one parking space per apartment but now the one assured space that they provided they are taking it away and making the parking first come first serve and making you pay $75 per month if you want a reserved space, if you look outside of the complex it is clear that there is not enough space to accommodate all of the vehicles and instead of adding spaces they feel it’s ok to make us fight over the existing ones will stuffing their pockets, not to mention that they do nothing to enforce the policy where dog owners have to clean up after their pets, whenever it rains it is a constant discussing smell from all the animal feces and don’t even attempt to walk on a side walk without looking down you’ll learn the lesson the hard way. All and all the experience here has been unsatisfactory to say the least, and I won’t even go into detail about how they gave us the keys to a apartment that was still dirty full of roaches and marijuana in the bedroom

If I can  I would like to them 0 stars ,we put  3824 dollars for the down and they never return that to us even with a lawyer they refuse .It is a shame
