Good afternoon Zel,We take great pride in our community, and making sure that our residents are happy with their home. The appliances in all of our units are top of the line Whirlpool or GE Stainless steel appliances. As with all other apartment communities, we must file evictions on non-rent paying residents.  This give us the opportunity to get more qualified residents, which in turn gives our residents the opportunity to have better neighbors.
