Prospect Park Apartments

Do not, I repeat DO NOT attempt to schedule a tour on the website. Called to confirm appointment that I’ve been getting emails and also texts about but was informed that they DO NOT have any model homes to tour and there will be no availability anytime soon. Disappointed. Was very hopeful that my family & I found our new home for after we have our new baby once our lease is up. Website is very inaccurate and needs to be updated. Very misleading. I believe the owner should try and fix this issue as soon as possible with their website because some people will clear their schedule and not think to call first to confirm, show up and be disappointed or upset about what the website told them. The automated system should be put on hold with sending out confirmation emails. (Just a heads up for future tenants looking around)

Roaches , mold , smell of old decaying building in apartments … so yourself a favor and look else where Looks nice from outside but inside YUCK🤢

Grossly overpriced apartments and the staff can barely speak English on phone. They have call for pricing on their website. Let me save you time.. It's 1800 for 1 bedroom (only 650 square feet total rip off) , 2 bedroom is like 2200ish

It's been more than three months  i called no answer, left a voice mail  in waiting of a call back nothing, i went there the lady that was in the office didn't even wanna take time to give me proper information, i asked if there was a waiting list that she could put me on for a 3 bedrooms she said no and rushed me out.

I have called several times to inquire about leasing and there office is always closed for hours during the times they are suppose to be operating. They don't provide you with no information and always says there is no space when they clearly promote that it’s vacant apartments on there site. The phones ring non-stop. I left voicemails and emails so I don’t see no excuse on why they are not responding back to anyone.

Website is perhaps not accurate on pricing and availability. Phones always take you voicemail. Several calls and voicemails laters nothing happens. Can only imagine if a maintenance call has to be made. Other reviews dont surprise me.

I Have called numerous time and it only gives me an answering machine, i have emailed 3 times about leasing information as well as left voicemails on separate occasions and i have yet to be responded to. I have seen many other reviews with the same problem meaning this location has 0 interest in helping the people and very poor efforts to change it, very little interest in customer service. DO BETTER !

Ok So first the website is very inaccurate. I sent an email to do a tour which is offered on their website and i got an email back with a link to schedule a date and time and to click on the " availability" below.. I got a confirmation email and everything not to mention it sent me another automated email saying " your tour at prospect park is in 2 hours! .. so to day I called to make sure I would still be able to come in for my scheduled tour and the lady that answered the phone said they don't even do tours because they don't have any model units also that the units that are listed as available are pre leased ... I asked when would they have another opening she told me to call back in march!
