Love this building! Management has really turned for the better since I’ve lived here, I was hesitant to move in due to mixed reviews I saw online but so glad I decided to take the chance and chose this building. Maintenance is 10/10 and so is management, great resident events and amenities too- seems like the place is just going to keep getting better

Outstanding!!

I gave this restaurant five stars because of the server Nicky who attended to me for the the three times I chose to eat here during my stay the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Fort Lauderdale.  She is very sweet natured, kind in manner, very caring and professional.  My first night I ordered dinner to go and when I went to pick it up, her shift had ended and she was on her way out, but she went back behind the counter to make sure that the incoming staff were aware and poured my glass of wine before leaving.  Each time when I asked for menu item suggestions,  she was spot on.  The food here is quite good and reasonably well priced.  Both my husband and I had breakfast on our last day and of course Nicky again was our server.  We enjoyed our experience at Quantum Kitchen.  Thank you Nicky! 🤗

Love the convenience of a place to eat and drink in a hotel,  but not being able to charge things to your room is a total bummer.  There is a lot of room to sit and meet (and a good amount of plugs for your computer). The chicken blt was solid.  The breakfasts miss the mark - small portions, high price and standard quality. As a business traveler,  a go-to breakfast spot is a convenience I'm really looking for.   The coffee qualty and options are a bit disappointing.  Don't get me wrong,  the convenience and setting override the limitations, but a couple of tweaks would make a huge difference.
