Regency South Condominium

My father in-law lives here, therefore my wife and I regularly  visit. There are always issues with what vehicles they allow, and of course  I drive a  Regular  passenger size crew cab pick up truck.  I have asked for written  rules, and there is absolutely nothing in them about types of vehicles  with the exception of pulling trailers.  In addition, we have had several issues with them  not allowing drinks at all around the pool area,  once again, there rules only state no glass in the pool area, which I fully  agree with, but they will tell you no drink at all regardless of what type of container. So, in short, what I have seen is, they make rules up as they go, and if the tenant's are older or elderly they try to scare them with these made up rules  knowing they are helpless and do not know any better.  I strongly recommend not purchasing a unit here, the management is all about "bullying" tenants and there guest. In addition, my wife and I are world travelers, we have stayed and visited many places, I can honestly say  we have never seen any management act so controlling.

Very disappointed that I chose to rent in this building. The management team is very unprofessional. When responding to an inquiry the manager was very condescending and disrespectful. He is the representative for this facility. If he is any example, i would not stay or move into a place like this again. Also, be clear on building policies, because they are not clear and very unspecific. Management can interpret them based on whatever they would like. Great beach. Great location. Not great leadership.

I don't know much about the building,but I work for someone in the Building, doing house cleaning for them,and I Love to say Hello to the front desk Ladie name Laquisha 🙃

Nice place to call home. However the handicap guest parking is too far from the main entrance.
