River Oaks Marina and Tower

Good place for staying, clean and quiet. Very nice view from terrace, but far from Miami Beach.

River Oaks tower is located very close to the ship yards.  It is close to the airport and we have to depend on a driver or Uber. The tower lobby is under renovation, which is not bad. But it was looking very dusty and un-chic at the time of our arrival.
The short term lease on the rooms were adequate enough for a few nights of stay.  Fairly clean and operational.  What disturbed me the most was the sound coming from the AC which is located inside the apartment unit.  Loud and must turn off before bed time.  Which makes you wake up in the middle of the night if too hot.
There wasn't really a concierge service.  Pool was closed too when we stayed.

It was amazing the view was outta this world I was on the 18th floor and that was something new to me but I love it and I wouldn't mind going to stay there again. The room had everything inside of it and I never heard of this place until my best friend told me about it but I had the best room and I will do it again

Amazing place. The building is in great shape, the apartments are extremely nice, the employees at the building are very nice and collaborative and the management team of the complex is always available for anything you need. Extremely professional people. The common areas are in very good condition and the overall environment on the building is always in great quality. Security and valet parking 24/7.

Great place always parking there is also valet. Management is very attentive front desk security is amazing.

I had to change my review after I read that everyone is going through the same situation that us. I lived there for over 5 years and a couple of weeks ago I found out they sent me to collections without even notifying and without any valid or legal support.

We just stayed here for a week. Everything was absolutely perfect! We had a wonderful stay! Denise was so sweet and helpful- she even showed us our room before our visit. I highly recommend this.

DO NOT!!! DO NOT rent in this building. After 2 years,  they sent me to collections, never notified me, my credit score went down significantly, I am in the process of fixing it. I still have no clue why they sent me to collections. Apparently I am not the first one.
