The building is not as spectacular as the view of the apartment. You can sit on the balcony and watch the yachts go by. You can also go down and have fun on one of the yachts.

Beautiful place to live! Very close to Miami downtown and Miami International airport! Highway 836 very close to it!

This place sucks and is super rude!!

You cannot use the elevators because people don’t wear masks, and now you cannot use the stairways because drug addicts smoke weed there. At the beginning was only one guy, but now there are two different guys in the same location (parking garage stairways 4th floor), at different times, maybe they reserve the spot! So now we cannot sit on the balcony either because of the smell. I don’t know if security people know about it, if they cannot do anything, or they are afraid of the addicts. If you add that to the existing issues like the parking, the cockroaches, the garbage in common areas, the lack of cleaning, and a lot of rude people, the conclusion it is that here it’s a horrible place to live!
