Future Tenants be CAREFUL! This place is very strange. Between the staff, The "rules. and NOT PICKING UP CALLS. This place looks awesome from the outside but once you start living its a different story. The gates are always broken so there's no safety. If you have a problem and call the numbers given they NEVER pick up. I MEAN NEVER, had an emergency that I had to leave and the gates wouldn't open. Called and called over and over again and no response. Had to get an UBER for a EMERGENCY situation.RIDICULOUS!!! Also, they give out "warnings" and tell you your violating so and so code/rule but they present ZERO evidence. After your first warning they will charge you $100 with NO EVIDENCE WHATS SO EVER that you broke that rule. The apartment is lovely, The staff and way they handle the building is TRASH. Once again, BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE!

Furniture removal or junk removal done by junk divers

Was a guest, with a valid guest parking pass. The parking bumper wasn’t installed correctly, pulled out my bumper and fender and caused about $2500 in damages.
Contacted the management company and they said I should claim it on my auto insurance and wouldn’t pay for damages even though I submitted photos and gave them a valid estimate for repairs.
