River Terrace

I had a condo here for 2 years and besides the noisy neighbors, rude people blocking the garbage chute, or the awful car-centric design, it was a beautiful experience. I must say, Americans are doomed with their car obsession. As a European, it was mind blowing for me that the landscaping and the gates were designed with cars in mind. For example, there is no pedestrian door / gate on the side by the bridge that connects the place to Wilton Manors. Because of that, I had to walk extra every time I headed over to Wilton Manors on feet. Another thing I hated was that to be able to gain access to the intercom / controlling the gate (for guests etc) I needed a local phone number which was insane. But the boardwalk and the views are so amazing so I still remember the experience positively.

Terrible place for making deliveries, please at least show building numbers and put a access thru left gate (for buildings at the back)
