Don't ever live at Riverbend Apartments. Yeah, you may be living in the middle of the night life, but its certainly not worth it. Not even to mention the amount hopeless individuals that surrounds the area. Once you pass 2nd Avenue and you are headed eastbound on Broward Blvd you'll see lots of homeless individuals leaving at the park near the library. Regardless of how the area is horrible. There's no way to get a hold of the property manager when you have a problem such as parking, permits, mail key, flea problem, roach problem, etc. Everyone is advised before signing the lease there's 1 parking spot per apartment, but it is impossible to get a parking spot. People that are out at the bars/ restaurants/ streets are parked in our designated parking spot. Towing company won't tow any cars unless he has authorization from the property manager. As I mentioned above, it is impossible to get a hold of the property manager. Let's not mention maintenance, they do a crap job. They have attempted to fix the front gate locks several times and can't give it a month till it breaks. They won't take it upon themselves to fix the lock when they are there. I'm assuming they fix it when a tenant calls it in. The washers and dryers are crap. Water leaks out of them. Lastly, the wifi sucks. I recommend anyone who decides to live here to get a provider of their own. I warned y'all...
